This was a really, really fun one. I first met Antonio back in 2018 (in my London days), when I interviewed him for two Liv-ex articles. When I heard that he’d be in Miami with his team for Vinous Icons, a two-day tasting event hosted by the publication, I couldn’t resist suggesting a Wine Talks Miami collaboration. Happily, he enthusiastically agreed.
This was a fascinating and fun opportunity to dive into topics around wine criticism, communication, and fine wine trends around the world with some of the most influential voices in our industry.

A huge thanks to the team at Lafayette – especially Beverage Director, Higor Valle, for making this happen on the restaurant’s beautiful mezzanine area. And, of course, a big thanks to attendees and our brilliant panel.
