Wine Talks Miami is South Florida’s wine trade network. Its objective is to create a community for wine professionals to share knowledge and ideas, and to provide networking opportunities.

It meets every 6-8 weeks on Monday afternoons. We start with a one-hour panel discussion, which is then followed by drinks and bites. Events are for the wine trade. They are free to attend and take place at different venues around the city.

If you would like to be notified about our next event, please join our mailing list. You can also follow us on Instagram @winetalksmiami.

Next event – Monday March 4th @ Amara

On Monday March 4th, we’re excited to welcome special guest Jason Hernandez, the lawyer best known for prosecuting wine fraudster Rudy Kurniawan, to the WTM stage.

In a 121 conversation with host Sarah Phillips, we’ll explore wine fraud and the Rudy case, as well as its implications for the world of fine wine more generally.

If you would like to attend, please register for free.

FAQ

Who can attend Wine Talks Miami?

WTM events are open to all. However, discussions focus solely on topics that are relevant to those working in the wine industry, or those hoping to enter it. These are not wine tasting events, so we don’t recommend them to consumers.

If you are looking to transition into wine, or progress in it, you are very welcome to come along. We hope that the knowledge and networking will be valuable to you!

Can I sponsor Wine Talks Miami?

Wine Talks Miami events are not available for sponsorship. If you would like to arrange a separate activation in Florida, please contact Sarah to discuss consultancy services.

I am interested in hosting Wine Talks Miami at my restaurant/bar. How does it work?

Our events take place on Mondays at 4pm, and we need spaces that can fit around 50 people. We have a budget of $0, so we are very grateful to host venues for supporting us. We provide guests with one free welcome drink, donated by distributors, and encourage them to purchase drinks and food from your venue after the discussion. If you are open to hosting, please contact Sarah!
